Our Managing Director, Alan Miles, runs the courses.  It is a 2 week residential course.

Before each course, the delegates have a challenge to raise as much money for charity as possible, either individually or in teams, the charity choice being their own .

From these schemes we have managed to develop inhouse – 3 x General Managers who report directly to the Managing Director and 14 x line 2 Managers who report to the General Managers.
