Driver to Manager Development Scheme – Day 4
Today’s topics have included:
- How do we manage suppliers
- How do we benefit customers and suppliers at the same time
- How can you create new businesses
- Some individual projects
- How do we keep and attract new drivers
- What does a successful business need
- If you were to set up as an owner driver how would you go about it and what would you need
- Twenty new ideas re how to be successful
- How do we keep and attract new sub contractors
At lunchtime each delegate had a one to one session with the Managing Director with regard to feedback.
In the afternoon the training segments were:
- Security
- Customer liason
- Recruitment
This evening there is a dinner for all delegates with Senior Managers.
